Ever wonder why you giggle when people walk by you humming or singing? You would never get caught doing that. Why?? Are you afraid of what others will say behind your back? These brave people are showing you their music. So what if they can’t carry a tune. It is their music that they are releasing into the universe. They’re dancing to their music and therefore are in harmony with themselves. Yes, themselves. You don’t need to be in harmony with your significant other, boss, children, co-workers or anyone else.  Be at peace, let your mind go and hum or sing that tune and you will become all of a sudden harmonious with yourself.

Do you wake and dread the day ahead of you? Do you wish you didn’t have that drive into work? Do you wake happy but then get depressed about things in your life? Everyday when we wake up we throw out a frequency. Your frequency will depend on your mood upon waking. Some of us wake in a positive mood but then that one thing happens to us making us miserable for the day. Then you in turn collect negative frequencies. The people around us toss out their frequencies as well. Does your frequency affect others? Absolutely. Have you ever gone to work and seen someone that is so happy you can’t stand them? Why is it they are so happy when you are not? Well, they chose to throw out a positive frequency. Does it work really? I tried it out years ago and yes it does work. I wake in the morning and smile first thing. I think of something that makes me happy and put some joy forward causing my frequency to be positive. My day is what I send out. I refuse to let ripped nylons, traffic, a broken nail, or my heavy work day get to me. I know these things can happen but find these things happen less because of my positive frequency. I find people around me seem to pick up on my positive frequency and their day seems lighter and somewhat happier. Most people are afraid to push out that positive frequency. I think the reason is because people in general are afraid of having to good of a day, bad days they seem know how to handle. Remember misery loves company so change your frequency!  So tell me, what frequency are you on today?

The Lesson 04/13/2009

Everyday, I'm grateful for those tough things in life that I have gone through. You have to look at things in a positive light. I have gone without. I have had no food, lights, money to pay rent, heat and was far from my family. It is in how you handle your difficulties. I had no lights so I lit candles. I had no heat so I bundled up and sang a song. I had no food and was sent a sandwich by a friend. I had no money to pay rent and the rent suddenly was paid by an anonymous stranger. Was I that bad off? No, because in my darkest moments of despair I was never alone. Do you appreciate the things that you have had to go without? I learned from being without. I learned that the light coming from that candle was far more beautiful than electricity. I learned that when I was cold the many blankets would keep me warm. I learned that someone did care if I ate. I learned that there are people in this world who I will never meet that are capable of acts of kindness. I learned that even though I had family, everything I had endured was to be a lesson. The biggest lesson I learned was that you have one thing in your life no one can take away and that is love. To love oneself as if you love a spouse or child is a lesson within itself. Be strong. You are learning. Don't miss the lessons that are being thrown at you because it will help you at a later date.
